Free replacement

If you are unsatisfied with an underwear product, contact lvontmelbourne@gmail.com within 14 days. We’re happy to offer a replacement at no cost to you, and there's no need to return the item to us.

Eligibility for replacement is based on defects that hinder the aesthetic and functionality of the product, with clear picture evidence.


Wrong size?
While we strive to maintain sizes consistent with typical Australian standards, sizing errors can occur. We're happy to offer a one time exchange per order to correct size.
To help reduce waste, please refer to our size guide and stick to ordering sizes you typically wear. Size chart

Exchange

All other items are eligible for exchange in their unused, unwashed and original packaging.

We offer free shipping on exchanges for defective items.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with an exchange, we can offer a refund on unworn item/s. please reach out to customer support within 14 days of receiving.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned items.
